Parent Portal
As parents, you are now able to access the information that we hold for your child through the online Parent Portal. A username and password will be issued within the first 2 weeks after your child has started at the Pre-School.
It is the reposibility of the parent to ensure that any details we hold for your child are kept up to date, such as: emergency contact, address, telephone number, allergies, medical / dietry requirements, etc. Parent's are only able to view the information and will be unable to change these details themselves. Should you need to update us on any aspects of your child's information, please speak to one of the staff members, who will provide you with a 'Child Record Sheet' for you to complete and return to the Pre-School as soon as possible.
In addition to the above information, parents are also able to view their child's session patterns. We would ask that parents check these sessions on a monthly basis after invoices have been issued to ensure your child's session patterns are correct.
